  1. Bro, i like ur training method.Most of the trainers kat negara kita, asyik2 kata cardio(traditional cardio) is the best way to burn fat.

    I do agree with u, kebiasaanya kita ketinggalan bab2 fitness ni berbanding kat US sinun...hehe!

  3. 1 question : my record for DB OH press is only 8kg. But I can do heavier weights for other workouts in the DB complexes.

    Kalau pakai DB berat dr 8kg utk OH press boleh pengsan kot... hehehe.... can I change the DB at the other cone when I wanna do my OH press?

  4. Buat conditioning exercise mcm ni jauh lagi best dari lari kat atas treadmill. At least tak boring. Plus, it burns fat without risking muscle loss. Win win.

  5. @adeline: yup, its ok if you use less than 8kg DB. or you can subtitute it with hang db snatch. But if you cant do snatch dont worry about it, the complexes is for cardio purposes, not setting new PR. so you can do higher reps. Happy sweating!

  6. I would just join the RPM or spinning classes in my local gym to burn calorie and it works for me big time.

    To do all these techniques on my own? I just couldn't be bothered or like some say, couldn't be arsed.
