  1. So far saya pakai lifting straps masa buat heavy deadlifts. My grip is my weakest link. Bodyweight skrg 48kg. Saya boleh buat deadlift without straps for lifts 65kg and below. After 65kg saya kena pakai straps. Grip masih hampeh :P

  2. aku pon x pakai glove jugak...cume x bestnya...bila tapak tgn dh x larat nak genggam barbell...tp otot masih boleh dilanyak lagi...tapak tgn mmg dh teramat kasar dh...

  3. belt boleh prevent hernia n hemorhoid kalau lifting heavy weight n definitely memang takleh cover back injury
