I train almost daily duri...Bro, nak tanya opinion.<br /><br />I train almost daily during Ramadhan. Tapi tak train all out la. <br /><br />So far day 2 and 3 I buat squats. 3 sets of 5 reps. at 90% 5rm. Warmup 3 sets gak... at 50% 5rm.<br /><br />Hari ni plan nak buat overhead presses. 3 sets of 5 reps gak.<br /><br />What's your opinion? Ok atau over?<br /><br />Makan-wise... i berbuka makan nasi then rehat jap about 1 hour baru start training.
