  1. Memang jarang nmpk pompuan buat lifting kat gym. Just like you said, I myself pun tgk ramai pompuan hit the cardio machines, classes and yoga. Boleh dikatakan, saya sorang pompuan je yg buat free weights dkt gym tu. Populasi pompuan yg buat free weights memang lah kurang. Ni dh main besi for 3 yrs pun tak besar2 agi. Sometimes tension gak. And yet pompuan2 ni sume takut nak jadi bulky.

    Anyway, good point bro. :)

  3. yup....agree...nowdays most of the trainers pun banyak yg dok dengar client nak buat ni la buat tu la..xnak buat free weight la...takut besar...so baik suruh client tu jadi trainer je kalau the trainer cant decide for the client...
