  4. ye betul! saya dah try.. sgt fit.. sy buat kt gym.. dgn kawan2.. ade 7 station.. stiap sorang buat 1 station selama 1 minit.. then masa abis.. rotate station lain! 6kgs loss in 2 weeks!

  6. @test: memang la..yang kita nak lemak tu yang susut. its not good if your muscle pun susut. kita nak ramp up kita punya metabolisme. jadi more muscle, more fat u burn.

    @Aizan: Im trying my best :) i hate the fact that we malaysian are left behind in fitness compared to our brothers and sisters in other country.

  9. @adeline: aik kenapa malu pulak. all my female clients do power cleans. power cleans ni bukannya shoulder exercise per se. tapi nakkan the explosiveness. supaya you teach the body to generate extreme amount of force output. Kalau u buat tapi rasa terbakar di shoulder, u are using too much shoulder muscle. try it. tak perlu buat 10 to 12 reps, just 3-5 reps and you will be panting!
